How to send an image/video/file to your bot users?

You can send the image, video or other files to your users through Messenger with your chatbot. It can be done in an automated manner when you place it along with the chat flow. Follow the steps below to know how to send files to your users.
Video
Let’s start how to upload a video file.
Go to menu >> flows >> create a flow/edit a flow
On the flow canvas >> add content >> video
Image
To upload an image file,
Go to menu >> flows >> create a flow/edit a flow
On the flow canvas >> add content >> image
You can either upload the image directly or simply put in the URL of your saved image.
Note: To save your images, go to Tools>>Upload Images.
Other Files
To upload other file types,
Go to menu >> flows >> create a flow/edit a flow
On the flow canvas >> add content >> file, then select whether it’s an audio file or others.
