Admin Notification is one important feature for your bot to operate seamlessly. Notifying admins will send a push notification to the selected admin/s to either respond right away or handle the request/s later on.

Admin Notification can be implemented in many different ways such as a simple ‘Live Chat’ call by the user; an AI Failure, or to confirm and order or update it – there’s to many use cases to mention.

The Super Admin may configure each Admin’s Permissions, Notification Type, and Notification Channels. An Admin’s Email Address and Phone Number can also be set here.

Go to menu >> settings >> admins >> edit >> click on the three dotted line >> notifications
