How to see all received messages without a response?

“User Messages” section on the dashboard will help you to give an answer to all these above questions.
Click “View Full Report” on the user messages section to get more details on this section.
On the full report, you’ll see details on,
- User messages that are recognized by AI & not recognized by AI,
- User messages with a response,
- User messages with no-response,
- Most trained phrases on the frequent answers (By NLP).
