Core components of your bot

After connecting your Facebook page on the Elegant Bots platform, you can start building your bot for your business.
To “Get Started”, you need to configure four (4) basic things such as:
Greeting Message
Welcome Message
Persistent Menu
Default Reply
These are the first messages that will be shown to your audience when they interact with your bot. So, you need to write them in a clear, comprehensive, and customized manner to make your user know what is your Facebook page all about.
Greeting Message
To configure Greeting Message, go to Settings>Greeting and type in the message (as shown in the image below).
Then just click the “Save” button.
To configure Welcome Message, Bot Persistent Menu, and Default Reply, you will need to create the flows first comprising them. Once done, you may now do the configuration.
Welcome Message
To configure Welcome Message go to Settings>General and select the flow for your “Welcome Message”. (as shown in the image below).
Then just click the “Save” button.
Persistent Menu
To configure Bot Persistent Menu go to Settings>General and select the flows for your “Bot Persistent Menu”. (as shown in the images below).
Click the “Save” button.
Default Reply
To configure Default Reply go to Settings>General and select the flow for your “Default Reply”. (as shown in the image below).
