eCommerce Overview

Messenger chatbots are just commonly used for Marketing purposes only by most people. However, you can build Messenger chatbots to take care of sales as well where your subscribers can buy products through your bot.
In this article, I’m going to give you an overview of the Built-in eCommerce module of the Elegant Bots platform.
To navigate to eCommerce section, select the eCommerce on the list.
This is how the eCommerce section in the Elegant Bots platform looks like. Please also check the Preinstalled Template which will help you fast track your development.
The table here will give you the details about the products like name, price, its category and vendors. You can sort the products by various parameters on the table.
Here you can do all the operations related to eCommerce section like
- Connecting WooCommerce or Shopify store (if you have any)
- Otherwise, you can add products, categories and, vendors to create your inventory inside the Elegant Bots platform.
Also, you can generate coupons and use them on the flow and there are lots of things that can be customizable inside the eCommerce settings column (on the top the table).
